Spanish Stir Fry
A quick and easy Spanish-inspired stir fry made with chicken, vegetables, and spices.
Ingredients

- β1 medium bitter melon
- β1 medium spanish onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons stir fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the bitter melon to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Return the chicken to the skillet and pour in the stir fry sauce.
