Braeburn Apple Cobbler
A delicious dessert featuring tender apples and a crunchy topping.

- β2 tablespoons Bitter American whiskey (optional)for serving
- β1 cup All-purpose gluten-free flour
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup Cold unsalted butter
- β1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- β1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1 large Egg

2. Peel, core, and slice the Braeburn apples.

3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix until the apples are evenly coated.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and cold unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

6. Pour the apple mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish. Top with the dough, spreading it evenly to cover the apples.
