Uruguayan Peanut Biscuit Bake

- β1/4 cup unsalted buttersoftened

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces and melted chocolate.

Add the chopped peanuts, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and softened butter to the bowl.

Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center, it should come out clean.
