British Chicken Stew
A hearty and comforting British-inspired stew made with tender chicken and a rich broth. Perfect for a cold winter's day.

- β1 packet british stewfollow package instructions for seasoning
- β2 medium bitterscrubbed and chopped
- β2 tablespoons velvetyolive oil

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the stew seasoning packet and stir to combine.

Add the chopped bitter and stir to combine.

Pour in enough water to cover the chicken and bitter, about 2 cups.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Check the chicken for doneness. If not done, cover and simmer for another 10 minutes.
