Mexican Tacos
A classic Mexican dish with a twist using algerian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Algerian Spiced Ground Beefground beef crumbled with algerian spices
- β2 medium Tomatodiced
- β4-6 Boiled Tortillascorn tortillas boiled for 30 seconds
- β1 cup Shredded Cheesecheddar or Monterey Jack
- β1 medium Avocadodiced
- β1 cup Sour Creamfor serving
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- βto taste Saltfor seasoning

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Algerian Spiced Ground Beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.

Add the diced tomato and cook until the tomato is softened.

Warm the boiled tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the tacos by spooning the beef and tomato mixture onto a tortilla, followed by a sprinkle of cheese, diced avocado, and a dollop of sour cream.

Garnish with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
