Korean-Style Dolsot Bibimbap
A traditional Korean rice bowl dish topped with an assortment of vegetables and a fried egg, served in a hot stone bowl.
Ingredients
- β2 medium potatoes
- β1 cup mixed mushrooms earthy
- β1 dolsot stone
- β1 bowl
- β1 cup cooked rice
- β1 dolsot
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 tbsp gochujang
Instructions

1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and boil in water until tender.

3. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

4. Add the mixed mushrooms and cook until they start to soften.

5. Push the mushrooms to one side of the pan.

6. Crack an egg into the other side of the pan and scramble it.

7. Mix the egg with the mushrooms.

8. To assemble the dish, place a scoop of rice in the dolsot.

9. Add the egg and mushroom mixture on top of the rice.

10. Add the diced potatoes on top.

11. Serve the dish immediately, with the hot stone bowl still sizzling.
