Irish Beef Bake
A hearty Irish dish featuring tender beef and a crispy, cheesy top.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beefcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons IrishIrish mustard
- β1 cup bakeall-purpose flour
- β1 cup yummycheddar cheese, shredded
- β1/4 cup bouncybuttermilk
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon pepper
- β1 medium onionchopped

Season beef with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine flour, Irish mustard, and a pinch of salt.

Toss beef in flour mixture to coat.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high.
