Halal Breadflap Wrap
A simple wrap made with breadflap and halal meat. Great for a quick meal on the go.
Ingredients
- β2 sheets breadflap
- β1 pound halal chicken breastcooked
- β1 medium cucumbersliced
- β1 medium tomatosliced
- β1 cup lettuceshredded
- β1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.

Lay a sheet of breadflap flat on a work surface.

Spread a quarter of the tzatziki sauce on the center of the breadflap.

Arrange a quarter of the sliced cucumber, tomato, and lettuce on top of the sauce.

Place a few slices of the grilled chicken on top of the vegetables.

Fold the bottom half of the breadflap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more wraps.

Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
