Bass Finger Sandwich
A refreshing seafood finger sandwich. Perfect for a light lunch or snack.
Ingredients
- ●4 fillets bassabout 6 oz each
- ●1 cup brinefor marinating
- ●1/4 cup dryfor dredging
- ●4 finger sandwichesbuns or rolls
- ●1/4 cup sandwichfor garnish

1. In a shallow dish, mix together the brine, salt, and any additional desired flavorings.

2. Place the bass fillets in the brine and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

5. Remove the bass from the brine and pat it dry with paper towels.

6. Dredge the bass in the dry mixture to coat.

7. Place the bass on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

8. Meanwhile, toast the finger sandwiches until lightly browned.
