Japanese Broccoli Wrap
A simple Japanese-inspired broccoli wrap with a sweet and savory peanut sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 bunch broccolicut into florets
- β1/2 cup peanutpeanut butter
- β1 large wrapwhole wheat or brown rice wrap

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Brush the broccoli with a little oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. Grill the broccoli for 3-4 minutes per side, until tender.

4. In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter, a squeeze of soy sauce, and a splash of rice vinegar.

5. Lay the wrap flat and spread a tablespoon of peanut sauce onto the center.

6. Arrange the grilled broccoli on top of the sauce.

7. Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the broccoli, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrap tightly.
