Argentinian Stir Fried Rice
Quick and flavorful stir-fried rice dish inspired by the flavors of Argentina.
Ingredients
- β2 cups cooked Buttery Argentinian Rice
- β2 tbsp Butterymelted
- β1 tsp argentinian spicesoptional
- β1 small onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup stir-fry vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots)sliced
- β1 tbsp fry oiloptional
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of buttery in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Stir-fry until the onion is translucent.

Add sliced stir-fry vegetables and cook until they start to soften.

Add cooked Argentinian rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.

Stir-fry the rice mixture for 2-3 minutes, until the rice is heated through and starting to brown.
