Ethiopian Crepes with Sugar Syrup

- β1 1/2 cups, granulated sugars
- β4 tablespoons, melted buttery
- β2 cups, heavy cream creamy

In a medium saucepan, combine the sugars and 1 cup of water over medium heat.
