Monkfish with Crispy Australian Toast
A simple yet flavorful dish featuring monkfish paired with crispy toast.

- ●4 slices Australian bread (white or whole wheat)Day-old

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Season the monkfish fillets with salt and black pepper.

3. In a pan over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp of buttery. Add the monkfish fillets and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.

4. Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, slice the Australian bread into 1-inch thick slices and toast until crispy.

6. In a small pan over low heat, melt the remaining 1 tbsp of buttery.
