Egyptian Falafel Wrap
A crispy and flavorful wrap filled with Egyptian falafel, crunchy vegetables, and a hint of buttery sauce. Perfect for a quick and tasty snack or meal.
Ingredients
- β4-6 pieces Egyptian falafelstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Buttery saucemix of mayonnaise and lemon juice
- β1 cup Crunchy vegetableschopped lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers
- β1-2 pita bread Fish-free pita breadfor wrapping
- β1/4 cup Tzatziki saucestore-bought or homemade

Heat the buttery sauce in a small pan over medium heat.

Add the Egyptian falafel to the pan and cook until crispy on both sides.

Warm the pita bread by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
