Lamb and Mediterranean Flatbread
A flavorful flatbread topped with lamb and Mediterranean ingredients, perfect for a quick dinner. This recipe combines the richness of lamb with the freshness of Mediterranean herbs.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, thinly sliced Lamb
- β1 package, 4-6 flatbreads Mediterranean flatbread
- β2 tablespoons, melted Buttery
- β1/4 cup, chopped fresh parsley Crunchy
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β2 cloves, minced Garlicoptional

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the lamb with salt, pepper, and garlic (if using).

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the lamb to a plate and set aside.

Brush the flatbreads with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle the melted butter on top of the flatbreads.
