Lamb Kebabs with Mediterranean Flair

- β500g Lambcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Buttery Olive Oilfor brushing
- β2 tsp Mediterranean Spice Blend
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Fresh Oreganochopped
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Mediterranean spice blend, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.
