Smoked Turkey Stir Fry
A savory and flavorful stir fry made with smoked turkey, stir-fried vegetables, and a hint of Korean spices.
Ingredients
- β1 smoked turkey neckcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons buttery stir-fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon goey soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon korean chili flakes
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1 cup bell pepperssliced
- β1 cup carrotssliced
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β2 cloves garlicminced

Heat 1 tablespoon of buttery stir-fry sauce in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the smoked turkey neck and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced bell peppers and carrots and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped green onions, minced garlic, and Korean chili flakes. Cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the goey soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
