Uruguayan Turkey Tacos
A flavorful twist on traditional tacos, featuring juicy Uruguayan-style turkey and a hint of buttery goodness.
Ingredients
- ●500g Uruguayan turkey breast
- ●2 tbsp Buttery taco seasoning
- ●8-10 Tacos shells
- ●2 Jalapeñossliced
- ●1 Red oniondiced
- ●1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- ●2 tbsp Lime juice
- ●to taste Salt

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the turkey breast with buttery taco seasoning and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

While the turkey is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced jalapeños and diced red onion to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened.

Once the turkey is done, slice it into thin strips and add it to the skillet with the jalapeño and onion mixture.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the turkey is coated with the spice mixture.

Warm the tacos shells according to package instructions.
