Peruvian Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy Peruvian-inspired stir fry dish made with tender chicken, crunchy vegetables, and savory Peruvian spices.
Ingredients

- β2 medium buttery potatoes
- β1 cup jjante
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon olive oil
- β1 teaspoon peruvian pepper
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the potatoes and cook until they start to soften.
