Creamy Chicken Bisque
Rich and comforting chicken bisque made with silky smooth texture and american flavor.
Ingredients
- β1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast chicken
- β4 tbsp unsalted butter butter
- β2 cups chicken broth american
- β1 cup heavy cream silky
- β1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes bisque
Instructions

Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove chicken from saucepan and set aside.

Melt remaining 2 tbsp of butter, then add diced tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Pour in chicken broth and bring mixture to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Add heavy cream and stir until combined.

Return chicken to saucepan and cook until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
