Indian-Style Chicken Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful Indian-inspired stir fry made with marinated chicken and a blend of spices. Serve over rice or with naan bread.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons Buttery stir fry saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 teaspoon Indian seasoning blendavailable at most grocery stores
- β1 cup Velvety coconut milkfull-fat or low-fat
- β1 cup Sliced bell peppersany color
- β1 cup Sliced onionsthinly sliced
- β1 tablespoon Cooking oilvegetable or canola oil
- βto taste Saltoptional
- βto taste Black pepperoptional
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add sliced onions and bell peppers to skillet and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.

Add stir fry sauce and Indian seasoning blend to skillet and stir to combine.
