Ukrainian Caramel Cobbler Cookies
A sweet Ukrainian-inspired dessert combining crunchy cookies with a gooey caramel cobbler topping.

- β1/2 cup Caramel
- β1 cup All-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- β2 Eggs
- β1 tsp Vanilla extract
- β1/2 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Crush the Ukrainian cookies into fine crumbs.

In a large bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, flour, sugar, and salt.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish.
