Caramelized Pork Stir Fry
A sweet and savory British-inspired dish made with tender pork and a sticky caramelized sauce.
Ingredients
- β500g Pork tenderlointhinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 cup Caramelized onions
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tbsp Honey
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the pork and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and stir in the caramelized onions, garlic, and ginger.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the onions are fragrant.

Add the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the pork to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pork is cooked through.

Serve the pork hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
