Thai-Style Stir-Fried Chicken with Dates
A flavorful Thai dish featuring sweet caramelized chicken, crunchy stir-fried vegetables, and succulent dates.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- β1 cup Large dates, pitted
- β2 tablespoons Rice vinegaror to taste
- β2 tablespoons Fish sauceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon Honeyor to taste
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 cup Onion, thinly slicedabout 1 medium onion
- β1 cup Mushrooms, slicedabout 1 cup button mushrooms

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, fish sauce, and honey.
