Caramelized Coconut Delight
A sweet and exotic dessert featuring caramelized coconut and a hint of floral flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Coconut flakesunsweetened
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β2 large Egg whites
- β1/4 cup Caramel sauce
- β2 tablespoons Coconut oilfor greasing
- βa few drops Floral extract (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Grease a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan with coconut oil.

In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut flakes, granulated sugar, and egg whites until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the coconut mixture.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the caramel is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.

Cut into wedges and serve. If desired, drizzle with a few drops of floral extract for extra flavor.
