Mediterranean Cashew Stir Fry
A flavorful and nutritious stir fry made with mediterranean spices, caramelized ingredients, and crunchy cashews.
Ingredients

- β1 medium onionthinly sliced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 medium cucumbersliced
- β1 medium bell peppersliced
- β1 medium tomatochopped
- β1/2 cup caramelized onionssee notes
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 teaspoon mediterranean spice blend

Instructions
