Thai Beef Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful Thai-inspired beef stir fry with caramelized onions.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef stripsSliced into thin strips
- β1/2 cup Caramelized onionsPre-cooked
- β1/4 cup Thai stir-fry sauceAvailable at most Asian markets
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 Bell peppersSliced
- β1 cup Snow peasSliced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh basilChopped

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced bell peppers and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the snow peas and cook until tender, about 1-2 minutes.

Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the Thai stir-fry sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Stir in the caramelized onions and chopped fresh basil.
