Embracing Crunchy Caraway Bread

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes, or until foamy.

2. Add flour, caraway seeds, crunch, and salt to the bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.

4. Knead the dough for 10-12 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
