Maripaha Ceviche Salad

- β1/2 cup Red onionThinly sliced
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped
- β1/4 cup Lime juice
- βto taste Salt

Cut the maripaha into small pieces and place in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together the lime juice and salt.
