Dutch Hash with Charred Fries
A hearty breakfast dish featuring crispy fries and a rich hash.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Charred Friespreferably leftover or made from scratch
- β1 cup Hashstore-bought or homemade
- β2 2 large eggsbeaten
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup buttermelted
- β1/2 cup 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheeseoptional
- β Salt and pepperto taste

1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. Place the charred fries on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy.

3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

4. Add the hash to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

5. Push the hash to one side of the skillet.

6. Crack the eggs into the other side of the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

7. Stir the eggs into the hash.

8. Add the toasted fries to the skillet and stir to combine.

9. If using cheese, sprinkle it over the top and stir until melted.
