Moroccan Cheese Frittata
A flavorful and satisfying frittata filled with the rich flavors of moroccan spices, crispy cheese, and charred vegetables.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup 1 cup colby jack cheese, shredded
- ●4 4 large eggs
- ●1/2 cup 1/2 cup diced charred bell peppers
- ●1/2 cup 1/2 cup diced crisp onions
- ● 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ●1 tbsp 1 tablespoon moroccan spice blend
- ● Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté the diced onions and bell peppers until tender.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and moroccan spice blend.

Add the shredded cheese to the bowl and stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked vegetables in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the frittata is set.

Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
