Pan-Seared Norwegian Salmon with Ikura Sauce
A simple yet flavorful dish featuring pan-seared Norwegian salmon topped with a sweet and savory ikura sauce.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Ikura (salmon roe)packed in water, drained
- β2 Charred lemonszest and juice
- β1/4 cup Crisp shallotsfinely chopped
- β2 tbsp Skillet oilolive or vegetable oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the skillet oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
