Slovakian Shrimp Skewers
Grilled shrimp skewers with a crunchy Slovakian crumbly topping, perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- β12 large shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1/2 cup Slovakian crumbly
- β1 charred tagliere
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 tsp garlic powder
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread shrimp onto skewers, leaving a small space between each shrimp.

In a small bowl, mix together Slovakian crumbly, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mixture evenly onto both sides of the shrimp.

Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.

Meanwhile, toast the charred tagliere on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Serve the grilled shrimp skewers with toasted tagliere on top.
