British Barramundi Wrap
A healthy and flavorful British-inspired dish featuring pan-seared barramundi, served with a tangy slaw and wrapped in a crispy wrap.
Ingredients
- β1 barramundi filletFresh or frozen
- β1 wrapwhole wheat or gluten-free
- β1/2 cup charred red onionsee notes
- β1 cup cabbageshredded
- β2 tbsp mayonnaiselow-fat or vegan
- β1 tbsp lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- βto taste saltcoarse or fine
- βto taste pepperblack or white

3. Add a small amount of oil to the skillet and sear the barramundi for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, combine the shredded cabbage, charred red onion, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
