Spicy Charred Fish Satay
A flavorful Indian-inspired dish featuring charred fish marinated in a blend of herbal spices and served with a side of tangy satay sauce.
Ingredients
- β4 Fish Fillets
- β2 tbsp Charred Thai Chili Paste
- β1 cup Herbal Indian-Style Yoghurt
- β1 cup Satay Sauce
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- β1 tsp Ginger
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Coriander

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a blender, combine charred Thai chili paste, herbal Indian-style yoghurt, lime juice, ginger, cumin, coriander, and salt.

3. Add the fish fillets to the marinade and mix well.

4. Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
