Korean Black Bean Guk
A hearty and comforting Korean-style stew made with black beans and a variety of spices.

Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups black beans, cooked
- β1 medium charred onions
- β1/2 cup olives, sliced
- β1/2 teaspoon Korean chili flakes
- β4 cups pressure-cooked pork or vegetable broth
- β2 tablespoons guk (Korean rice porridge) mix
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the charred onions and cook for 3-4 minutes.
