Japanese Taleggio Ramen

Ingredients

- ●1 cup Charred vegetables (e.g., sweet potatoes, carrots, bell peppers)any combination
- ●2 tbsp Soy sauceoptional
- ●1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- ●1/4 cup Pickled gingerthinly sliced
- ●1 tsp Sesame oilfor serving
Instructions

Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
