Russian-Style Charred Pork Chops
Tender pork chops smothered in a rich, charred tagine sauce. Perfect for a hearty dinner.

- β1 cup charred tagine saucehomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- β1 teaspoon dried thyme
- β1 teaspoon garlic powder
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
