Pan-Seared Fish with Charred Polish Sausage and Gyoza
A hearty and flavorful dish that combines the smoky taste of charred polish sausage with the crispiness of pan-seared fish and the savory flavor of gyoza.
Ingredients
- β1 Charred Polish SausageCut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 fillets Fish (Salmon or Cod)Fresh and sustainable
- β1 package Gyoza WrappersAvailable at most Asian grocery stores
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable OilFor pan-frying
- β2 tablespoons Soy SauceFor marinating
- β1 tablespoon Lime JuiceFor serving
- β1/4 cup Chopped Green OnionsFor garnish

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the charred polish sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and crispy.

3. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet and cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

5. While the fish is cooking, prepare the gyoza by placing a spoonful of your favorite filling in the center of each wrapper.

6. Dip your finger in water and run it along the edges of the wrapper, then fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle and press the edges together to seal.

7. Add the gyoza to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown.

8. Flip the gyoza over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
