Skillet Shrimp with Argentinian Flair

Ingredients

- β2 tbsp olive oilextra virgin
- β1 oniondiced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 charred bell pepperdiced
- β1/4 cup silky feta cheesecrumbled
- β1/4 cup parsleychopped
- βto taste salt

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Add the diced charred bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
