Spanish-Style Tortilla Española
A traditional Spanish omelette made with charred onions and potatoes, perfect for breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients

- ●2 medium potatoes
- ●6 eggs tortilla
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste black pepper
- ●2 tablespoons olive oilfor frying
- ●2 cloves garlic
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the charred onions and potatoes, and sauté for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and black pepper.

Add the cooked onion and potato mixture to the bowl and mix well.

Heat a small amount of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center.
