Jamaican Wrap
A flavorful Caribbean-inspired dish wrapped in a tender charred tortilla, filled with spicy jamaican-seasoned lardons and wrapped for a delightful snack.
Ingredients

- β250g LardonsCut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 tsp Jamaican seasoning
- β1/2 cup Chopped onion
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- β Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- β Sliced avocado (optional)

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the tortilla for 30 seconds per side, until charred and pliable.

In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the lardons until browned.

Add the jamaican seasoning and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.

Add the chopped cilantro and cook for 30 seconds.

Warm the tortilla on the grill for 10 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spooning the lardon mixture onto the tortilla.
