Kimchi Crunchie Grilled Cheese
A spicy twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring kimchi and crunchy texture from the crunchie.

- β2 tablespoons Kimchi
- β1/4 cup Crunchie
Instructions

Preheat a grill pan or griddle over medium heat.

Butter one side of two slices of bread.

Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the pan.

Top with a slice of cheese, a spoonful of kimchi, and some crushed crunchie.

Place the second slice of bread, butter side up, on top.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
