Pan-Fried Gyoza Bites with Cheese
A crispy and savory snack made by wrapping gyoza with cheese and pan-frying them. This is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 package (about 20 pieces) GyozaAvailable in most Asian grocery stores
- β1 cup shredded American CheeseSoftened cheese for easier wrapping

1. Remove the gyoza wrappers from the package and set them aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese.

3. Place a small spoonful of cheese in the center of each gyoza wrapper.

4. Dip your finger in a small amount of water and run it along the edges of the wrapper.

5. Fold the wrapper into a triangle by bringing the two opposite corners together to form a point.
