Venezuelan Quesadilla
A delicious Venezuelan quesadilla filled with cheese and cheesy goodness.

- β8 oz cheese
- β2 tbsp cheesy

Instructions

Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Place a quesadilla in the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese on half of it.

Fold the other half of the quesadilla to cover the cheese.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining quesadillas and cheese.

Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve hot.
