Kidney Taco Casserole
A hearty casserole filled with seasoned beef, kidney beans, and Mexican spices, perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Ground beef
- β1 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- β2 tsp Mexican seasoning
- β1 medium Onion, diced
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β8-10 Tacos shells
- β1 cup Shredded cheese
- β1 cup Sour cream
- β1/4 cup Crazy sauce (optional)

Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the Mexican seasoning and cook for 1 minute.

Add the kidney beans to the skillet and stir to combine.

Arrange 4-5 tacos shells in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Spoon the beef and bean mixture over the shells.

Top with shredded cheese and sour cream.

If using, drizzle with crazy sauce.
