Japanese Stir Fry

Ingredients
- ●1 block (14 oz) Chewy Tofu
- ●1 bunch Fresh Broccoli
- ●1 cup Carrots
- ●1 cup Bell Peppers
- ●2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- ●1 tsp Sesame Oil
- ●1 tsp Ginger
- ●1 clove Garlic
- ●1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add ginger and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
