- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 medium Tomatodiced
- β1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- β1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion, ginger, and garlic. Stir until the onion is translucent.
