Japanese Sausage Stir Fry
A quick and simple Japanese-inspired stir fry using sausages and moroccan spices.

- β4 Sausages
- β2 tsp Moroccan
- β1/2 cup Kabanosoptional, for added crunch
- β1/4 cup Chewyoptional, for added texture
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil Fry
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β1 tsp Ginger
- β1 tsp Garlic

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook sausages until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add Moroccan spices and cook for 1 minute.

Add kabanos, chewy, and green onions, and cook until kabanos are crispy.

Push ingredients to one side of the pan.

Add a little more oil if necessary, and cook ginger and garlic until fragrant.
