Beef Schnitzel
A classic German dish, pan-fried to perfection. This beef schnitzel is tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- β1 cup chewy bread crumbsPanko or regular
- β2 tangy eggs
- β1 cup all-purpose flourfor coating
- β1/2 cup stir fry oilor vegetable oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Season the beef with salt and pepper.

Dip each beef slice in the flour, coating both sides.

Dip the floured beef in the eggs, making sure they're fully coated.

Roll the egg-coated beef in the bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add 2-3 breaded beef slices to the pan, being careful not to overcrowd.

Fry the beef for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
